Mark Finstrom

Mark Finstrom, Chief Technology Officer


Mark oversees the Department of Technology Services (DoTS) and is responsible for the design and implementation of districtwide data and voice infrastructure, software applications and use, internet connectivity and traffic, data security and end-user technical support.

Katie Lukson

Katie Luksan, Director of Data Integration & Visualization 


Katie's primary role is to keep applications operable and communicating with third-party tools such as InTouch, TouchBase, Data Warehouse, Insight, collab, MealTime, state reporting and more. She ensures our student information system is reporting accurate and timely information to OSPI. 

Becky Mesker

Becky Mesker, IT Project Manager


Becky manages the rollout and support of systems. This work includes providing training, creating help resources for staff and configuring data entry. She can assist in data transfers, application rollout, training, support, information gathering and first-line teacher assistance. In addition, Becky manages projects where third-party software integration and documentation components and integration with other information systems is needed. Becky and her team liaisons are responsible for testing application operation, integration and data paths to confirm that data does not get lost between all of the third party software.

Dave Collins

Dave Collins, Network Manager


Dave ensures all district-wide network (wired and wireless), servers, and phones are functional to provide the end user with a seamless operation. He also ensures district computers and devices do not access inappropriate information and protects the network from security risks. 

Rob Danninger

Rob Danninger, Services Manager


Rob manages all field technicians, providing end users with direct support for their hardware, software, document cameras, LCD projectors, and other device connectivity and operation. Rob's staff perform installations, repairs, and replacement of computers, printers, document cameras, and other classroom and office technologies. 

Barbara Enghusen

Barbara Enghusen, Executive Assistant


Barb helps schools and central office personnel in their purchase of technology and non-classroom software to ensure that these tools meet district technology standards. She also provides admin support to technology services and central office admin support staff.
