Submit a Ticket

For fastest service, please submit a work ticket through our electronic ticketing system called eHD (click link below).

For support of computers, networks, phones, software or the website, please submit a work ticket for fastest service. If you are unable to submit a work ticket, please call 206-631-7676 and select your service area from the phone tree.

Options for Service areas are listed below.

Option 1 For self-help and outage notices, Press 1.

Option 2 To reach the Cascade Service Area, (Cascade, Evergreen, Hazel Valley, Mt. View, New Start, Shorewood or White Center Heights)

Option 3 To reach the Sylvester Service Area, (Big Picture, Gregory Heights, Highline, Marvista, North Hill or Sylvester)

Option 4 To reach the Pacific Service Area, (Des Moines, DSM / Science Kits, Midway, Mt. Rainier, Pacific or Parkside)

Option 5 To reach the Glacier Service Area (Beverly Park, Cedarhurst, Glacier, Hilltop, Raisbeck, Seahurst or Southern Heights)

Option 6 To reach the Chinook Service Area (Bow Lake, Camp Waskowitz, Chinook, Madrona, McMicken, Tyee or Valley View)

Option 7 To reach support for Choice, Woodside, WELS, PSSC, MOF or Transportation

IMS Help

For support of Business Applications (Business Plus, Collab, Synergy, Insight, InTouch, and Microsoft Office) please submit a work ticket for fastest service. If you are unable to submit a work ticket please call 206-631-3333 or send us an email.

Support Instructions

Global Protect

Global Protect allows you to connect virtually to the district network from a network outside the district, such as your home internet connection.

Please follow the Collab Support page instructions for set up or call 206-631-7676.

Reset a Password

Staff Passwords

Are you already logged onto your computer? Click on Ctrl+Alt+Delete. Select the Change Password option and reset your password.  

Can't log into your computer? Call at 206.631.7676 to contact your building technician or email the eHD using a personal email address to reset your password. 

Student Passwords

Send email to the eHD with the student's Name, ID number, and birthdate. We will reset the password and reply to your email to confirm.

Microsoft Office

Microsoft Office is the standard for document creation. 

Office 365

Office 365 tools are available to Highline staff and students. 

Synergy

Synergy is our student information system.

Password: District password
