Midway Kindergarten Teacher Claudia Conroy has gone above and beyond. Claudia hand delivered school material packets to her students. She went to the food bank for families who are not able to go because of health conditions or documentation status. She applied for and received a $1000 grant to help her students. Not only is she teaching her own class, but she is partnering with another teacher to cover a class for a teacher on maternity leave. And there's more....

Seahurst Teacher Kerry Clark is a teacher who embodies Highline's mission in every aspect of her practice. Everything she implements in her classroom structures and instructional strategies is a result of knowing her students by name, strength and need. Safety and Security Officer Andres Reyes continuously goes above and beyond expectations, taking his role of keeping people safe in schools very seriously, all while maintaining and building solid relationships with students, staff and the community.
Tyee Family Liaison Daniela Laureano Francisco is a phenomenal support for students and families at Tyee High School. As a Family Liaison, she provides guidance to students and families navigating a new school system and new culture. She builds authentic relationships with students and staff. Daniela is a wonderful advocate for the unique and specific needs with which our students come to school. It is a privilege to work with Daniela who is committed to bettering our community.
