Facilities Services oversees the maintenance of the district's facilities and grounds. The department strives to create a safe, energy efficient, clean and well-maintained learning environment, which contributes to the success of staff, students, and visitors to our facilities.

Sidney White, Director of Facilities Services

Sid supports administrators and schools by organizing, administering and leading a comprehensive program of maintenance and custodial services that provide and maintain facilities and grounds so that all students, staff, and the community are assured of clean, safe, and healthy place in which to learn and work.  

Yvette El Moujahid, Facilities Services Supervisor – Day Shift

Yvette is responsible for managing staff and schedules of the grounds and operations sections of Facilities Services. She provides leadership to ensure that the district facilities team reaches their optimum life and that safe, healthy, comfortable, and quality learning environments are maintained for students, staff, and community. Kurt Rauschenberg, Facilities Services Supervisor – Night Shift

Kurt is responsible for managing staff and schedules of the maintenance department. Kurt provides leadership to ensure that district facilities reach their optimum life and that safe, healthy, comfortable, and quality learning environments are maintained for students, staff, and community. Debra Ladenburg

Debra Ladenburg, Facilities Use Specialist

Debra coordinates and schedules facility usage for various user groups and school events during non-school hours and maintains the data base to track facility usage for all district buildings. Contact Debra with questions about facility use and rental. 

Qaseem Moqadem, Administrative Assistant

Qaseem is the liaison between all divisions making up Facilities Services and all schools and outside contacts. Contact Qaseem with questions about self-help projects, work order request status and reports, Timecard and Payroll and custodial safety issues.
