Security will launch a new communication system called ReadyOp starting July 1, 2019. All communication regarding lock downs, earthquakes, fire events and larger incidents will be sent through ReadyOp's unified communication function. The system will automatically email, text and call affected staff members of the safety alert.
ReadyOp uses the emergency contact information that has been entered into Employee Online. If you haven’t already, it is crucial that you update your emergency information. If you are unsure how, here are instructions on how to update this information. It will take only a few minutes.
Security will run a test of the system on the morning of July 1. This alert will be noted as a test and will allow staff to hear and view the new system first hand.
