It is time for our annual Staff Climate Survey, a collaborative effort of Highline Public Schools, the Highline Education Association and the Highline Principals Association. The purpose of this survey is to help us practice continuous improvement as a school system for the benefit of our students.
The survey link will be sent to all staff on Monday, February 11. The survey will close on February 24.
After the survey closes, we will compile the data and share the report with you. Survey results will be used by principals and department heads to guide the development of school Annual Action Plans and department goals.
