Habits of Self-Care, Boundaries in the Workplace, the Neuroscience of Stress, and MIndfulness are just a few of the optional wellness sessions for staff offered on our October 15 professional development day. Teams and individuals are invited to participate.
Here is a look at the list of topics offered during three timeslots.
- Session 1 - 9:00-9:50 a.m.
- Session 2 - 11:00-11:50 a.m.
- Session 3 - 2:00-2:50 p.m.
Classified staff who do not work on October 15 will have the opportunity to participate in these sessions during PCT on October 22 and 29.
Our adult wellness team is committed to building a wellness plan that addresses many aspects of wellbeing, developed with input from staff. We want you to be healthy and happy at work!
