School meals are a convenient and healthy option for all families during Distance Learning. We have FREE meals available for ALL children 18 and younger. Highline students over the age of 18 can also participate. Please share this information with families and encourage all to participate. Children do not have to be enrolled in Highline Public Schools to participate in the meal program.
Families should pre-order school meals online by 6:30 a.m. on the day of pickup. Daily meals can be ordered daily or for the entire week. A pre-order reminder email and text is sent to families every Friday afternoon.
Daily meals and weekly kits provide both breakfast and lunch. Families can pick up a weekly meal kit OR participate in daily meal pickups. They cannot do both.
Weekly Meal Kits
Pick up Weekly Meal Kits on Mondays at four locations – with three distribution times throughout the day. Check out a list of all the locations and times on our website. Meal kits must be preordered.
Weekly meal kits will contain frozen items, whole fruit, whole produce and ½ gallon of milk. We will provide cooking instructions for frozen items in the kit and on the website. Please see our Nutrition Services website for more information.
Daily Meal Pickups
Pick up Daily Meals at select bus stops and elementary school locations throughout Highline. Families may select any meal site location to pick up a meal. Check out a list of all the locations and times on our district website. Daily meals must be preordered.
Daily meals will offer a vegetarian or meat option each day. Hot entrees will occasionally be available through daily meal service and indicated with an asterisk (*) on the menu.
