March 12 Update: Staff Expectations During School Closure

Effective Monday, March 16, 2020, all Highline schools will be closed due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.  Central Office will remain open and fully staffed through March 20.

OSPI has stated that all staff will be paid during the closure. The expectation is that staff will continue to work, though specific duties and worksites may vary over the next few weeks.

This memo outlines our expectations through March 20, 2020.  These assignments will allow us to plan an orderly transition and continue services our families depend on, such as school meals.

We will provide weekly expectations via email and on the Staff Hub; please read your email daily to remain up to date on this changing situation.
