Before entering a district building, all staff members must complete a health screening, or health attestation. If a staff member checks yes to any symptoms and/or questions, they are not to enter the building and must notify their supervisor/principal. (Any symptoms related to a pre-existing condition are accepted.) Principals/supervisors are to share this expectation with staff.
Before entering a district building, all students must have a completed daily health screening, or attestation. Parents/guardians are encouraged to submit this form 30 minutes prior to the start of school.
There is an online form for each school. Paper forms are available at schools, if needed.
If "yes" is checked for symptoms on a student's attestation form, the student should not come to school.
If a student arrives at school without a completed form or if a student shows symptoms upon arrival or during the school day, school staff will follow a secondary screening process.
